RLS: Restless Leg Syndrome

I read an article years ago which indicated that restless leg syndrome was caused by a lack of b-complex and iron. It supposedly has something to do with the nerves. I have since learned that those two supplements are also both important in dealing with anemia. I have a history of anemia and successfully treating my restless leg syndrome has helped me finally get my anemia under control. To this day, if my feet get twitchy, I first take an extra b-complex (because b-complex is water soluble, so there is little risk of overdosing if I take too much). If that doesn't fully resolve it within 30 minutes, I then take extra iron.

I know someone else who takes magnesium and potassium for this problem.
